Convert f77 parts f90 #4

The code is very convenient to use. I suggest that the authors could convert the f77 parts to f90, thus remove any obsolete syntax. Also, it could be more convenient if the axitra and convm parts could be combined into a single program.

Hi, thanks for your comments. Yes I must completely switch to f90, probably in the next months. Merging convolution with Green's function computation will imply to re-run the first step each time you change the source parameters. This would have a cost for inverse problem applications.
