@VirologiaHUCA it'd help a lot if you gave mutations in nucleotide space and ORF1a/b as well to simplify querying via covSpectrum and GISAID

@cornelirusroemer. The mutation which has been gained by these variants is ORF1a_E754D (G2527T).
