Possible Incorrect Gene for XBB.1.16.16 Defining Mutation #2094

@corneliusroemer Is XBB.1.16.16 defined in part by S:S412N as listed in the git commit log and lineage_notes.txt, or is it defined in part by N:S412N? Is the mutation on the S protein gene or the N protein gene?

Lineage note confirmed corrected, Closing issue.

Actually, no this error in lineage_notes.txt still exists. And frankly it does not matter whether or not the lineage is or appears to be dead. The documentation is still incorrect.
