Thanks @c19850727 We've added this as B.1.351.5 in v1.2.77. We've only included the subclade that's in Spain in the designation so that the lineage coincides with an epidemiological event. It looks like the rest of the clade hasn't been seen for a few months so what we've designated B.1.351.5 is potentially the only part currently active
Description Sub-lineage of: B.1.351 (1557 sequences) Earliest sequence: 2021/01/13 (Equatorial Guinea) Most recent sequence: 2021/08/17 (Spain) Countries circulating: Spain (1237 sequences), Equatorial Guinea (19 sequences, likely extinct), Djibouti (126 sequences, likely extinct), the US (49 sequences, likely extinct), Sweden (23 sequences), Japan-ex Djibouti (6 sequences), and a few other countries Mutations in addition to B.1.351: C664T, N:E378V, ORF1a:G400C, ORF1ab:P6252Q, ORF3a:T151I It's currently circulating in Spain in 2 sub-clades, with the following additional mutations respectively: sub-clade 1: ORF3a:V90I, ORF8: I121L, S:A243P (found in the most recent sequences) sub-clade 2: ORF3a: V90I, ORF8: I121L
