Description Sub-lineage of: B.1.617.2 (21J) Earliest sequence: Unclear, due to faulty dates in some sequences Most recent sequence: Current Countries circulating: Especially in the US, where it makes up 20% of all sequences, in Utah it reached even 70%

Thanks @corneliusroemer We've added this as AY.44 in v1.2.87 to start on the branch with C6040T and therefore coincide with the introduction(s) into the USA. AY.44 has 19548 sequence designations.
