There are several HK.3.2 branches with S:N185D, but only HK.3.2.2 has Orf8:M1L among these branches. And the Orf8:M1L branch without S:N185D is found in Chinese Mainland at first, and HK.3.2.2 is also found in Hong Kong SAR, China.

There are only 1 Chinese XBB.1.16.6 sequence when designating, and this sequence is collected from an imported case from Malaysia. And XBB.1.16.6 did not circulate in China.

Complemented the corresponding nucleotide mutations of S:L455F and S:F456L lineages.
