likely not worth to keep this open but you can say it is dying off if there are no sample (collected in the last month ) or also a few but with a decresing proportion ( example: April 15 May 2) , but when you see this kind of things you have to consider that if a lineage is local , countries as Brazil South Korea New Zealand and some Australian States, most of South american states, of African states and of Asian states (except China,Japan, Singapore, HongKong) are very slow from sequencing to upload. So in these cases before be sure that is dying off you have to wait a bit more.
