Modified the LS.1 defining mutation from S:L189P to S:L189A,
the mutation comes from a large deletion that Gisaid reads as S:G184A + S:185-189del and instead nextclade sees it as S:184-188del + S:L189A.
The residue ( no matter if you put it at 184 or 189) is GCT so Alanine
