Recently I train a GPT model on viral evolution for SARS-Cov-2 using data up to early-JN.1, and T22119C-S:F186S is its top prediction when inferenced on KP.3.1.1-backbone.
Now there's really a S:F186S sub-branch emerging.
KP.3.1.1+T22119C(S:F186S)
GISAID query: T22119C, A13121T, -25595, -28612, -6536
No. of seqs: 53(Ireland 14 Portugal 4 UK 9(Scotland) Slovenia 1 Spain 8 Sweden 11 USA 7(AK,NY,UT, GBW from UK))
