Hi, are the training FASTAs available somewhere in the repo?

I can see their NCBI identification in the format ID, lineage but I don't see the inputs (sequences) used for training. Can I find them anywhere without querying to GISAID/NCBI 1 by 1?

No sorry - we are not allowed to share the GISAID sequence data ourselves
