lineageTree.pb update: pango-designation release v1.2.133 with updates to BA.1.17, BA.1.1.1 #1

This fixes problems with the initial lineageTree.pb for v1.2.133: it was failing to call some BA.1.17 (assigning BA.1 instead) and incorrectly calling BA.1.1.1 for some sequences that are just BA.1.1.
