@OnePotato2 kindly pointed out in #35 that I forgot to update pangolin_data/data/alias_key.json and pangolin_data/data/lineages.hash.csv in v1.18.1. @aineniamh has been taking care of those all along simultaneously with updating the pangoLEARN model. Here I'm updating those files that I overlooked when updating lineageTree.pb and tagging v1.18.1. ~A day after this is merged into main, I will tag v1.18.1.1 so the update should be picked up by pangolin --update-data.
