The tree is a severely pruned version of the UCSC tree (2023-05-20) re-rooted to lineage A with 50 randomly selected descendants per lineage. Also adding adding latest designation hash and alias file corresponding to v1.20.
With this release (v1.20), the pangoLEARN randomForest*.joblib files have been removed because they have not been updated since v1.18 and will not be updated going forward due to lack of resources to retrain the model. pangolin v4.3 will not expect to find the files in pangolin-data, and will not run in pangoLEARN mode unless --datadir is used to specify a directory that contains pangoLEARN model files.
