Web application doesn't work #472

Hi, I have upload one FASTA on the web application (new version v.1.1-v1.11) but it doesn't give a result. Do you have the same problem? Am I do something wrong? Thanks

Hi @carlottaolivero, thanks for getting in contact. Just for info, the website is maintained by the CGPS, though I do keep an eye out here for support issues. It appears something has gone wrong in the last update, the tasks are running but results are not being reported. I'll make this a top priority to fix today, apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi @carlottaolivero, a quick update - there is a temporary fix in place. It is currently running pangolin v4.0.6 and pangolin-data v1.11 (i.e. the pangolin software itself is not fully up to date). I've identified the surface cause of the update failure and the fixed pangolin v4.1.1 update should be out at some point today.

Again, thanks for letting us know about the website not working. I've fixed the update and it's now running Pangolin v4.1.1.
