scorpio haplotype and scorpio classify now accept a list of mutations or mutations files (txt or csv with ids in first column with header id or no header)
These additional mutations are typed and if --append-genotypes is used, a column per variant is output in the relative files
Requires constellations data/mutations.csv to be renamed to avoid conflicts (although the worst that happens with old scorpio is you get an extra 300 mutations typed)
