Implement HL7 FHIR for data interoperability. Self assessment questionnaire , contact tracing questionnaire and all health data collected in app

for FHIR 1) make a hapi server install and proceed with data access and sharing via that 2) or should just use plane java objects someway to output json in fhir format Both are fine, but 1st is better, as its gives more flexibility. 2nd way is quite restricted

we should go ahead with the 1st way.
