The main app is built in way so data goes on cloud and geofencing is done on server. Make 2 more possibility.
1) Registered user, for whom app is able to send alert when geofencing broke.
2) Non registered volunteer user, for whom also app is able to send alert when geofencing broken. It is needed so that a volunteer basis alerts following can be done. This will be more helpful in testing and may be choice for governments who don't want to invade much into privacy, and want to get some data to be able to do better management. It won't be accurate representation of scenario in community but may be useful, we may need to research and explore it.
