Rather than home quarantine a person, there can be a community quarantine, which will need geofencing radius to be changed to a value that covers a large area eg. a town

and then people can travel inside community and alert on geofencing broken will be there only if they leave their community. This may be good for safe zones.

For longer distance travelling users, there can be areas marked safe/low risk or high risk and action on geofencing broken alert it can be checked if person is in high risk area and then action can be taken like requesting user to keep away from high risk areas or informing user with important awareness to keep safe there or home/institutional quarantine there if needed.

this feature may only work if location is being sent to server. if we do geofencing offline and send no geolocation data to server then it will not work
