This PR adds a linter with a few tweaks to make working with code more convenient.

Summary:

Add ameba linter to keep the right code style. Also a few cops are fixed.
Add lefthook.yml config for lefthook - a git hooks manager (optional tool) to format and run linter before every commit.
Add linter step to run linter on PRs and pushes to master.
Bumped crystal version upto 1.7.2 (the latest)
