It turns out that the name Cloak is already used by a project with similar goals and technologies, although it does operate in a different realm and neither that program nor any other software seems to be using the cloak command name.

This project is unrelated to ours: https://github.com/cbeuw/Cloak

Discussion on the matter is welcome. Since this is a new project, we probably should rename it to something simple and memorable but avoid any name conflicts with other actively developed projects.

This issue has been resolved by renaming the project to Covert.
