It turns out that the name Cloak is already used by a project with similar goals and technologies, although it does operate in a different realm and neither that program nor any other software seems to be using the cloak command name.
Discussion on the matter is welcome. Since this is a new project, we probably should rename it to something simple and memorable but avoid any name conflicts with other actively developed projects.
