Implement map view tab #23

Mapbox seems like a good choice. We don't need directions, and they have the highest free requests tier. Additionally, their SDK has support for offline maps (hence the topLeft, tileWidth, tileHeight fields on Conference)

Basic, public view:

[ ] Get a working map that is displayed in this tab
[ ] Auto zoom to the conferences defined geo coordinates and tile dimensions
[ ] Show location markers
[ ] Simple popup for location markers (name, description, upcoming events)
[ ] Figure out offline maps

Admin view:

[ ] Buttons on location markers to
1. Edit name/description
2. Delete location marker (should probably require that all related events are deleted first)
3. Adjust location
4. (later) add events (this will need to wait for the calendar tab)
[ ] FAB to add a location marker
