Clarify meaning of low risk contact #105

Currently the app is telling me I have "1 contact" but my risk level is still at "low" & green. At first I thought this was just 1 person I had been in contact with, but it seems that it does actually mean contact with a positively diagnosed person. There's no explanation about this scenario at all however, and except for the "1 contact" text everything else looks exactly the same as before. It's not covered in the FAQ either. I've seen the exact same question in the app reviews on the Play Store.

I had this status as well. My assumption was there was contact, but shorter than 15 minutes and/or further than 1,5m. Would be nice to have this confirmed, but in any case it should be explained in the app.

@PeterLombaerts there's actually an article on VRT (Dutch) clarifying the different statuses: https://www.vrt.be/vrtnws/nl/2020/10/14/help-mijn-corona-app-kleurt-rood-of-groen-wat-moet-ik-doen/, that seems to confirm your assumption :) Pretty much that explanation that could be added in the app.
