Using QRcode or barcode to make link easier #118

I order to reduce duties of everyone. (Doctor, Testing team, and final user):

It could be great to have a QRcode or Barcode on the PCR test request paper. (pdf) And the scan it with the app to make a link with the app instead of the 17 digits.

Because, I did the test. Neither the doctor, nor the testing team were able to do something with those 17 digits. Hopefully I was negative. And to reduce duties of the testing team, indeed the PCR test request paper need to be filled one more time at testing center by the testing team. A QRcode / barcode would be great for everyone.

I know that you are not the author of the PCR test request paper but maybe you have some contacts. The PDF document was generated by Health One software.

I also just noticed this break in the system. I received a 16 digital code from the doctor which I then linked to the App. Following this, I had to write the code by hand on the PCR test paper. So I could have made a mistake or the lab technician could have made a mistake and the lab result doesn't get linked to the test. It actually didn't, I got my results but the app is unaware of them. This means the app misses a potentially positive case. And there's no defined flow to fix this. I can't flag it, raise it, overwrite it. This directly impacts the usefulness of the app.
