Also this PR is changing some UI so it should contain screenshot of the changed UI. Also description & title explaining the changes would be great.

Could you change the layout on the "General" page so the selectable background will fill the whole screen horizontally? As on the previous page.

And translations are not ready yet? See "Pokročilé informace o eRoušce" (in Czech)
