Deleted CountryCodesService #201

Hello. Thank you for erouska-ios. In this pull request I deleted CountryCodesService. This class is not used in the app, but it imports CoreTelephony, probably this is the reason why erouska-ios is not available for iPod. Anyway, let's keep only the code that we are using.

Hi, sure thanks, we can remove it, but the reason why it's not available is on Apple side, they don't want to support iPod or iPad.
