I reviewed and I'm going to merge. Here some notes:

the csv file was not encoded in UTF-8
the id field in the IND function did not match the id column in the IND.csv file
cleaned some code. Check as.Date and pivot_longer, pivot_wider
important: we need cumulative numbers for confirmed, recovered, deaths, ... the raw data were daily
