Could you please review the BRA.csv file? I might have commited twice, but it's the same thing.

Mmm... it seems to be there something wrong. I'd recommend to:

create a new fork of this repository (so to make sure you are using the latest version)
place the file BRA.csv in the inst/extdata/db directory of the new fork
submit the PR
