I added just very brief csv (TODO), coordinates are lat,lng of region capitals (rather centroids of regions?). Sources: Regions Region capitals

I took the opportunity to improve the package with this pull request. Btw, I saw that on wikipedia both population and area per province are available. Would you mind adding the population density to the ZAF.csv file? (population/area) Thanks!
