Great pull! I still need to check UK. Regarding USA and CAN:

file df_covidtracking.R renamed to ds_covidtracking.R (just a typo I guess)
the subset function is actually an inner function in the package and not the default subset
infobase_canada: they are using the string "N/A" for missing values, this should be passed in the na.strings argument of the read.csv function

Merged with some fixes:

England is not UK: checking online it looks like level 1 here is England only
It would be nice to have also deaths data besides cases, they seem to be available from the same data source
