IDs solution is not perfect. Some codes of regions overlap with departments, so I made prefixes. Region 84 has id reg84, department 01 has id dep01.

Few notes:

• Downloading of test file takes very long time, I commented it out now
• Data of tests are not matching with other sources online - some tests are not included in the source I used. Other characteristics look fine.

Hi Martin, thanks! The data on confirmed, tests and deaths looks very low compared to eg https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus/carte-et-donnees

It's strange because the link above seems to use the same data you are implementing, which are available here: https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/donnees-relatives-aux-tests-de-depistage-de-covid-19-realises-en-laboratoire-de-ville/#_

Would you mind contacting them and ask where to find the complete data?
