We have moved to Li -- please open issues over there! #1073

This project has been replaced by Li, the next-generation serverless crawler for COVID-19 data.

The reasons for the switchover are documented in this project, in Issue 782.

We are not accepting PRs or issues in this repository. All code from PRs to this repo has been migrated to the new project, and all open issues here ported there (with an additional from-cds label).
