Issue: Testing data for the following counties are incorrect after 06/24:
1. Contra Costa County, California, US
2. Los Angeles County, California, US
3. Orange County, California, US

I suspect that when https://github.com/covidatlas/li/issues/363 is fully fixed that this issue will be fixed too.
