South Dakota numbers are off #428

In the "Today's data" JSON file, the .cases numbers are not the "Total Positive Cases" from https://doh.sd.gov/news/Coronavirus.aspx#SD They are taken, mistakenly I believe, from the "Total Cases Recovered" column. This is masking the situation around the Smithfield meat packing plant.

It seems there's a new dashboard that's totally breaking the scraper...

They're using PowerBI, and it's really slow. I left them a message at https://doh.sd.gov/contact/ asking for the underlying json or whatever. @BartJohnson, do you know of a better data source for that area? Cheers, jz
