Virgin Islands duplicate data #466

There are two timeseries for Virgin Islands in timeseries-byLocation.json:

  1. "United States Virgin Islands" from https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19
  2. "United States Virgin Islands, United States" from https://covidtracking.com/api/v1/states/current.json

Timeseries (1) has "recovered" counts, and (2) seems to have some missing dates, so it might be worth keeping (1) and deleting (2). Otherwise a cursory check shows them to be identical.

Hi @joliss, this was in issue https://github.com/covidatlas/coronadatascraper/issues/1050. Is this still happening in the new reports at https://covidatlas.com/data?
