AK, US: Data Inconsistency #531

data missing 03-23; 04-01 data repeated on 04-02; 04-03 data significantly lower than 04-02 (04-01); 04-03 data repeated on 04-04 and 04-05; 04-06 data missing.

04-03 data drop possibly related to 03-27 data -- same case number value.

same source being used throughout.

now missing full rows for 03-31 as well as 04-02 onward (inclusive).

2020 April 11 timeseries-jhu.csv level == "state" missing data point on March 23 and April 2 - 11

Alaska moved their data. We'll have to add a new scraper for it and update. Would you like to take a look? https://github.com/covidatlas/coronadatascraper/blob/master/src/shared/scrapers/US/AK/index.js

Here are the links to the new data locations. negative test, positive case demographics, cases-hospital-death. I'll look at some other arc-gis scrapers and see if I can duplicate them for AK.
