Publication data from Elsevier on Protein regulatory relationships in COVID19 #23

Integrate this dataset with publications from Elsevier: https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/3pm7yy4xj9/2

Data is Neo4j ready and it should be possible to import directly into out database.

Make sure to create a reusable repository.

Would require more discussion with the creators to understand how the data set was created (one-off or can be recreated?). Also need to know if this is public data and whether we can use it in a public database.
