Inconsistent description of wallet cards #146

On vaccination wallet cards it says: "EU DIGITAL COVID Vaccination Card" and on recovery wallet cards it says: "EU DIGITAL COVID Recovery Certificate".

This should be aligned, either Certificate or Card should be used.

Fixed with #147. Apple uses the term "pass".
