I would be fine with using a whitespace character for "the". You may have to put it in quotes though, have not tried that yet.
Hope I structured the locales correctly, there seems to be nn, nb and no. Made no point to nb since most speak that variation according to Wikipedia.

Thes nb is the written most used in norway. nn is new-norwegian and its not much used. but every norwegian would use NB ( norsk bokmål ). So that should be fine.
Do you want me to put a whitespace in for the "the" translation?
Norwegian Translation from English.
In File Privacy.yml:39
There is no word for "The" in Norwegian, since Norwegian adds "-en" to the end of the word instead. Example: "the book" will be "boken" in Norwegian
Rest is Gucci.
