@sookah, we will now have to add prox-e to the build because file-uploader and scheduler features need it.

Docs will be added in /docs/. It is set up using flat markdowns and eleventy.

@sookah Please fix the urls to the docs in the index hai. I couldn't figure it out.

@sookah, couchdb master backup and restore scripts are in hi/couch-potato. Projects in hi are of the highest priority.
