Filter Contact Tracing table by clicking on individual case

Feature Description: The Contact Tracing table on data-entry dashboard (Issue covidsimteam/prox-e#87) should be filterable from the Active Cases table. For example, if a row in Active Cases table is selected, the Contact Tracing should show records for individual associated with that particular case.

Users should be able to dis-select a selected row to show contact tracing records for all currently active tasks.

@PPrasai, when multiple issues are from the same context,

• [x] please collate them into a single big issue (very similar to the idea of using an 'epic' instead of just a 'story')
• [ ] and use task lists like this to separate individual items, especially when the individual items are simple enough - like this one.
