Upgrade thrift package dependcy to reduce security risk #363

Upgrade package dependency for thrift as the current version in use (0.12.0) has a high severity security vulnerabilities (out of bound read, loop with unreachable exit condition - possible infinite loop)

Latest version is 0.13.0: http://thrift.apache.org/
