Portal iOS Safari/Chrome: Background image is missing in Portrait mode #511

Steps:

  1. Go to Portal on mobile chrome/Safari browser
  2. Be on Login page and compare Portrait and Landscape mode

Actual result: Background image is missing in Portrait mode. Expected: Background image should be present in Portrait mode.
