geofence doesn´t work if FCM plugin is installed (ionic 2)

hi,

it seems that geofence doesn´t work with FCM(https://ionicframework.com/docs/native/fcm/) when i have both installed.

i can´t build my app, do you know how to fix it ?

here is my log: Found com.google.android.gms:play-services-location:+, but version 9.0.0 is needed for the google-services plugin. :processDebugGoogleServices FAILED
