Notification firing when launching app everytime on Android 6+ #255

as per title, I got a notification at every launch of the app, not only when the geofence is entered or exited. This behaviour started when testing with Android 6 and 7, while it works great on Android 5. Google Play services are properly installed and got no significant warning from the console log.

Did anyone have this issue? Fabio

Same issue here. I am stuck in it.
