Improved the print layout of the resume for printing to PDF or paper.

Remove the outer border
Prevent page breaks within sections
Allow printing of background colors and images

Hey, this looks like the right place to ask. If anyone reads this, is there a way to convert the page to pdf? Ctrl+P or most tools try to print the page as it were collapsed (e.g. the side plane is placed to the second page). Thanks for the help is advance! :)
