Cannot schedule for 2nd dose of CoviShield #181

Users of age range 18-44 who have been vaccinated with CoviSheld cannot schedule appointment for their 2nd dose since CoviShield is only for 45+ users.

@ujwalmahule The API responds with data that is available at the backend; If you are not seeing Covishield, it's mostly because no one in your area is giving Covishield for 18-44. Also, considering that vaccinations for 18-44 were open from May 1, there is no use case for this for at least 2 more weeks.

The issue is those users in the range of 18-44 who were vaccinated with CoviShield cannot schedule for 2nd dose because as per the data available CoviShield is only for 45+ people.
