You cannot reschedule the vaccination for a person if the schedule appointment has passed already, even though the person is not vaccinated

You should connect with cowin or setu team directly via email or whatever mentioned on their site, if this is the case

If are trying to book for 1 st Dose then you should simply Delete Individual and if you are trying for 2 nd Dose then Try On CoWin Portal
