External Certificate API #275

Hi,

https://apisetu.gov.in/public/marketplace/api/cowin/cowincert

I am looking at the above, and want the ability to download certificate without involving user's filling of the OTP sent to his mobile number. I see there is a client_id and client_secret based authentication, how to get these ? Also even if we are sending the api_key, is there any other way to generate that key without involving the user itself.

Please let me know.

How to get api_key for our app uses. I am also unable to get client_id and client_secret.
