session_id is unique combination of what all fields?

As i understand it's unique per center per date, per age

So does it include different capacity values also?

It's same for 1 and 2, You will just have to mention which dose you want under same Session ID.

From what I have noticed, it is a unique combination of date, min_age_limit and vaccine

REVELING API TO PUBLIC WAS OFFENCE.. RURAL PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO USE API.. WHAT IS THE POINT TO SHARE THE API.
