Min Age 44 is appearing for many hospitals #352

Min age is 44 for some hospitals. Is it a policy or a bug?

age groups are either 45 or 18 but why 44?

REVELING API TO PUBLIC WAS OFFENCE.. RURAL PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO USE API.. WHAT IS THE POINT TO SHARE THE API.
